Vader def. Goldust: Goldust has been a thorn in Vader's side the last few weeks and Vader finally got some revenge on Goldust. I give this match a 11⁄2 out of 5 stars.
WWF Intercontinental Champion The Rock def. Ken Shamrock by DQ to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship: Ken Shamrock had it won fairly, but The Rock pleaded to the referee that Shamrock used brass knuckles on him, when actually The Rock used brass knuckles on Shamrock, but Shamrock kicked out and ended up pinning the Rock for the real victory, but the referee reveresed the decision. I give this match a 2 out of 5 stars.
Legion of Doom def. WWF World Tag Team Champions The New Age Outlaws by DQ: Legion of Doom got a little revenge but they failed to recapture the titles. I give this match a 11⁄2 out of 5 stars.
WWF Champion Shawn Michaels def. Undertaker to retain the WWF Championship in a casket match: Kane came out and acted like he was going to help out the Undertaker, but ended up throwing Undertaker in the casket so that HBK could pick up the win. I give this match a 21⁄2 out of 5 stars.
Stone Cold Steve Austin wins the Royal Rumble match: Steve Austin and The Rock were the final two remaining in the rumble. Austin proved to be superior this time around. I give this match a 3 out of 5 stars.
Overall: I think they could have done the Royal Rumble match a little bit better, but it seemed to be really fun for the most part. Overall I give the Royal Rumble a 21⁄10 out of 5 stars.
